Shipping and Sales Tax
Orders of all purchased self defense products will be processed and
shipped the same day if in by 2pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders
received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business
day.

We offer the follow shipping options for most of our items (Please Note:
Streetwise Products adhere to all shipping criteria, excluding the 6.95
UPS Ground shipping, please see checkout for shipping details on this
product) :

UPS Ground - Flat rate $6.95 per order (no matter how much you
order).
UPS 3 Day SelectSM - Based on UPS real time calculation.
UPS 2nd Day Air® - Based on UPS real time calculation.
UPS Next Day Air® - Based on UPS real time calculation.

All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground except orders to be delivered
to P.O.Boxes. P.O.Box orders will be shipped via United States Postal
Service only. Shipping charge for all orders is only $6.95 ((Please Note:
Streetwise Products adhere to all shipping criteria, excluding the 6.95
UPS Ground shipping, please see checkout for shipping details on this
product). No handling fee is required.

Delivery Time Estimate: East Coast: 3-5 business days; West Coast: 5-8
business days.

If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-
mail to allow you to cancel your order. If you do not wish to cancel, the
item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time.

We are required to charge a 5% sales tax on all orders billed to
addresses in Virginia only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped
outside the state of Virginia.

ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY
It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for
your orders. Because UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or
wrong address shipped by ground and a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or
wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to
you. We stress the importance of a complete address including their
street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. If
your address is incorrect, we will charge an address correction fee. If you
are assessed an address correction fee it will be charged to your credit
card and we will e-mail you a copy for your records.

*Please note: We do not send pepper spray or the Kitchen Fire
Extinguisher (KFE) by any overnight service or by priority mail. We can only
send these items by UPS regular ground service, or parcel post with the
US postal service.

Liability Disclaimer
Absolutely no sales to minors under 18 years of age or any person who
falls in one of the following categories: convicted of a crime punishable by
imprisonment for any terms; fugitive from Justice (requires interstate flight
to avoid prosecution or testimony in a criminal case); drug users or
addicts (may be shown by recent conviction for use, recent possession of
drugs, or recent arrest for use of drugs, or positive drug tests); aliens
illegally or unlawfully within the US or those lawfully admitted in
non-immigrant status (i.e. aliens without permanent residence status);
mental defectives or persons committed to a mental institution; formally
renounced US citizenship; dishonorably discharged from the military;
subject to a court order prohibiting harassing, stalking, or threatening of
an intimate partner or child of an intimate partner or placing such persons
in reasonable fear of bodily injury; and convicted of a misdemeanor crime
of domestic violence. It is the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller
(ProjectSecurityCorp.com) to ascertain and obey all applicable federal,
state and local laws in regard to the possession and use of all products
on this site. By placing an order the buyer represents that he/she is of
legal age, he/she does not fall in one of the above categories and that the
products will be used in a legal manner. ProjectSecurityCorp.com cannot
assume any liability for the use of these products and recommend the
buyer become familiar with the laws in their city, state, province, that
regulates the use and possession of these products. Consult your local
and state authority before ordering if you are in doubt.

Product Restrictions

ordering.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the buyer and not
PlanetSecurityCorp.com to ascertain and obey all applicable federal, state
and local laws in regard to the possession and use of all products on this
site.

We cannot and will not process any orders which are placed from a
restricted area and ship to a non-restricted location.

Return Policy
Returns: We will accept product back for a refund within 30 days after the
date of the invoice with a 30% restocking fee. Please note that this does
not apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be returned. Each
product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on
the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its
packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or
residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit
or the packaging. All returns require a return authorization number
(contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back to
ProjectSecurotyCorp.com will be paid by the customer. For your protection
we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and
insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and
insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service.
Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value.

Warranty and Defect
Defective products: On most products, we will accept returns of defective
product for replacement for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. If a
product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product
description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization
number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back to
ProjectSecurityCorp.com will be paid by the customer. For
your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking
information and insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery
confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular
ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds
$100 in value. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will
be paid by ProjectSecurityCorp.com. Please test the product(s) before
returning to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine;
some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an
item is returned to us and found to be working the customer will have to
pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse
or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included.
